RE/MAX Premier has brought in one agent, and RE/MAX Around Atlanta has hired two.

The new hire most recently served as a managing broker and sales coach for Compass in Atlanta.

Donna Smiley founded Titan Real Estate Group and has specialized in tenant representation in the retail, office and industrial sectors for the past six years, according to a release.

Roberts owned and operated boutique brokerage Red Door Realty Atlanta at Ansley Atlanta for 15 years. She has worked in the Atlanta real estate community since 1992.

The new agents range from those just beginning their careers in real estate to veterans returning to the firm from other local teams.

The association honored member teams and individuals by the value of properties sold and the number of units sold during the year.

Under the scheme, the defendants helped unqualified homebuyers submit fraudulent loan applications to lenders to secure mortgages.
