The Reserve at Hickory Walk will deliver 56 single-family homes priced from the $700,000s. 

Altogether, the new developments will bring 140 new homes to market.  

The 303-apartment community is RangeWater’s 26th apartment development in Georgia. 

At the same time, existing-home sales fell, while days on the market rose.

The development offers buyers amenities like a large clubhouse with pool and fitness center, two pickleball courts, a dog park, fire pit and walking trails.

The Suwanee community is the second Atlanta-area development from the Texas-based homebuilder. 

The Westover community will offer single-family homes beginning in the upper $800,000s.

The communities, located in Loganville, Buford, Euharlee and Kennesaw, will add over 500 new single-family homes to the local market. 

The surprisingly large decline in the pace of housing starts comes as builder sentiment remains depressed by tariff worries and high prices. 

The development offers 24 fee-simple condominiums priced from $499,900. 

The community, Villas at Gold Creek, will bring paired-patio homes to the established Gold Creek neighborhood. 

The Elyse Buckhead will join the Florida-based developer’s other local luxury condominium towers, the Graydon Buckhead and the Dillon Buckhead. 

The three- and four-story townhomes will be priced from the low $900,000s when sales begin. 

The community, to be known as Silverton, will offer single-family homes in a future phase of development.
