The project, to be called Camino, will add 304 apartments and townhomes to the Buford Highway Corridor. 

The project, Cherry Glen, will be developed in two phases over the next three years. 

The Ohio-based homebuilder is launching two age-restricted communities in the Atlanta area: The Courtyards of Franklin Goldmine in Cumming and The Courtyards at Bailey Farms in Dacula. 

A joint venture between Landeavor and LAMB Properties just secured $26.78 million in construction financing for the project, called Rosebud Place.  

The Atlanta land developer’s new division, Blue River Lifestyle Communities, is building Mayfair on Main, a 24-residence community in downtown Alpharetta. 

Modera Westside Trail will bring 373 new apartments to Atlanta’s West Midtown. 

The 33-story tower by Greystar will bring another 281 apartments to the burgeoning Midtown multifamily scene. 

The new Krog District project by Capital City Real Estate has 83 apartments and eight penthouses. 

Crestwind Township will bring 260 townhomes to the Stonecrest market, and Crestview Point will add 129 single-family homes. 

Multifamily firm Pennrose and affordable-housing specialists Radiant Development Partners LLC will be responsible for building out a 2.69-acre parcel at the intersection of Garson Drive and Piedmont Road. 

The project’s backers, Kaplan Residential and Atlantic Residential, said the new rental community achieved an occupancy rate of over 30% during pre-leasing. 

The community is set on 20 acres and will provide a large amount of greenspace, according to backers. 

Artisan Built Communities is pricing homes in the new master-planned development, called Salacoa, from the low $300,000s. 

Single-family home permits and completions, meanwhile, also rose, according to the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

The master-planned community offers 128 homesites for townhomes and single-family houses. 

The Sinclair at Callaway Farm will bring 388 apartments to the growing Covington area.
