Fischer Homes promoted Atlanta Land Manager Kyle Treloar to vice president of acquisition and development of its Atlanta division, just five months after hiring him.
“Promoting Kyle paves the way for strategic growth in our Atlanta division,” Fischer Homes Atlanta Division Market President Doug Cohen said. “Kyle’s proven capabilities in project development and his entrepreneurial spirit make him an invaluable asset as we navigate the complexities of land acquisition and community development in the Atlanta market.”
In his new role, Treloar will lead land development efforts to ensure the prompt and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality lots and communities, Fischer said, adding that he will also lead Atlanta’s land acquisition team to satisfy land–priority objectives and secure enough Atlanta-area homesites for continued growth.
Originally from South Dakota, Treloar earned a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is a LEED accredited professional and holds an engineer in training certification.
