Heritage Pointe is a community offering ranch-style homes and golf-cart-friendly living along The Frog at The Georgian golf course in Villa Rica.

The 5.8-acre mixed-use community will feature 576 apartments and retail including a full-service nail salon.

The development was RangeWater’s sixth ground-up development along the Beltline.

“Taken together, these acquisitions represent an opportunity to acquire high-quality communities in prime locations at a meaningful discount to replacement cost,” a PENLER representative said.

Each dwelling will feature a ground floor two-car garage with a glass door. Private balconies with sliding glass doors provide views of the track.

Apartments at both communities feature walk-in closets and offer access to playground areas. Onsite property management professionals staff the locations.

If plans move forward, the development will include affordable homeownership opportunities. The parties issued a request for qualifications.

Located near Cumming’s city center, the Willow Glen community offers two-story, single-family homes with five bedrooms,3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.

The 82 farmhouse-style homes sit on one-acre homesites. Many feature three-car garages. Amenities include a pool and cabana, playground, multi-purpose field and a network of walking trails.

Lots at the luxury farming community range five to over 20 acres and are priced from $349,000 to $1.1 million.

Despite a slowdown in single-family construction activity, newly built homes are becoming increasingly accessible to American buyers, in terms of both availability and affordability. According to data from the New-Construction Insights report released by Realtor.com, in the second quarter

Community amenities include a pool, sundeck, walking trails, clubhouse, grill area and fitness center.

The single-family community will bring 39 homes to market in the Paulding County city. 

The 19-story luxury high-rise will bring 304 apartments to market when it opens. 

The 630-apartment project is the 15th Atlanta-area community from AMLI, which has multifamily developments in major cities across the country. 

Aspen Square Management sold the asset, which is located at 1212 James Jackson Parkway NW in the Upper Westside, to EQ Housing Advisors Inc.
