Heritage Pointe is a community offering ranch-style homes and golf-cart-friendly living along The Frog at The Georgian golf course in Villa Rica.
The 5.8-acre mixed-use community will feature 576 apartments and retail including a full-service nail salon.
The development was RangeWater’s sixth ground-up development along the Beltline.

If plans move forward, the development will include affordable homeownership opportunities. The parties issued a request for qualifications.
Located near Cumming’s city center, the Willow Glen community offers two-story, single-family homes with five bedrooms,3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.
The 82 farmhouse-style homes sit on one-acre homesites. Many feature three-car garages. Amenities include a pool and cabana, playground, multi-purpose field and a network of walking trails.
Lots at the luxury farming community range five to over 20 acres and are priced from $349,000 to $1.1 million.
