The 303-apartment community is RangeWater’s 26th apartment development in Georgia.

The Westover community will offer single-family homes beginning in the upper $800,000s.

The communities, located in Loganville, Buford, Euharlee and Kennesaw, will add over 500 new single-family homes to the local market. 

The development offers 24 fee-simple condominiums priced from $499,900. 

The community, Villas at Gold Creek, will bring paired-patio homes to the established Gold Creek neighborhood.
