Located at 1641 Ledgestone Way in Lawrenceville, the neighborhood will feature two-story, single-family homes starting at $1 million.
The funding will go toward the construction of 35 rental units, which will be the final step in a larger redevelopment project and span two buildings.
The two-story, single-family home design has an owner’s suite and options for up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms across 3,320 square feet.
The luxury apartment building overlooking the Dekalb-Peachtree Airport in Chamblee was 63% leased as of the project’s grand opening in late 2025.
Along with the new community, David Weekley also opened a model home at 7320 Magnolia Crest Lane.
Homebuilder Center Park Group recently commenced vertical construction on the project from developer Norhaven Partners.
Together, Bethany Park, Brookwood Green and Stonehaven Park will add over 200 townhomes to the market.
Wrenley’s first residents are expected to move in by April 2027, with construction wrapping up in early 2028.
The first of the neighborhood’s 67 homes will be completed by April 2026.
The 2,600 square foot Glover floorplan features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage over three stories.
